Our Service Commitments

You can expect us to:

  • treat you fairly;
  • keep you informed and up-to-date with what we do, via our website or emails;
  • acknowledge correspondence within 1 working day;
  • carry out reasonable requests for changes to domain names within 1 working day;
  • at your request, transfer .uk domains to another registrar within 2 working days*;
  • provide you with adequate notification by email of domain expiry;
  • only send emails which are appropriate to the management of your services;
  • advise you in advance, of any extra charges which may be incurred on services you have requested.
